- The work here is technical: the markup, the speed and the structure that decide whether content can rank at all. Content and outreach are a separate discipline and worth scoping separately.
- What is structured data actually for?
- It tells a search engine what a page means rather than what it says — which service, which review, which business. It is also what lets an AI answer engine quote a page and attribute it.
- How long before it shows results?
- Technical fixes land as soon as the site is recrawled, which can be days. Ranking movement on a competitive phrase is months, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.
