AI automationin the Philippines

Most AI projects fail the same way: a chatbot gets bolted onto a website and nobody's workload changes. The useful version is quieter — it reads the documents, sorts the enquiries, fills in the records and hands your team the exception rather than the whole pile.

What the work covers

  • Document and enquiry processing built into existing workflows
  • Retrieval and semantic search over your own content
  • On-device processing where the data should not leave
  • Wired into the systems your team already uses
  • Scoped against a task that currently costs staff hours

What it is built with

  • Node.js
  • TypeScript
  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase
  • Docker
  • AWS
  • GCP

Questions

Does our data get sent to a third party?
Only if the task requires it and you agree to it. Where the data should not leave, processing can run on-device — the portfolio includes an Android app whose index never leaves the phone.
Is this just a chatbot?
No, and that is the point. The work worth automating is usually the repetitive back-office task, not the conversation at the front of the site.
How do we know it is worth doing?
It gets scoped against a task that currently costs measurable staff hours. If a workflow cannot be pointed at, it is not ready to automate.
