Full stack developmentin the Philippines

Most projects do not break in the frontend or the backend. They break in the handoff between two vendors who each think the other is handling it. Full stack here means the interface and the database are built by the same team in the same week, so that handoff never has to happen.

What the work covers

  • Interface, API and database built together
  • Admin tools built alongside the public site
  • One point of contact for the whole build
  • A fixed scope and a delivery date, usually seven days out
  • Staging link updated as work lands

What it is built with

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • React.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Docker

Questions

What does 'shipped in a week' actually cover?
A fixed scope agreed on one call: a written list of what is in the first release, and a date, usually seven days out. What is not in that list is not in that week, which is what makes the date hold.
Is the admin side included or extra?
Built alongside the public site rather than added afterwards. A site your staff cannot operate is a site that quietly stops being updated.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. It depends on what is there. The first call is about scoping what can be kept and what is cheaper to rebuild than to inherit.
